1. What this service is
CINEMASTERS Short Film Bank (the “Bank”) is a free listing service operated by Tokyo CINEMASTERS International Film Festival (“we”). Filmmakers can create an official page for their short film, embedding a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. We do not host, store, or distribute video files.
Short Film Bank は、Tokyo CINEMASTERS International Film Festival が運営する無料の作品掲載サービスです。動画本体はYouTube/Vimeo上にあり、当サービスは動画ファイルを保存・配信しません。
2. Your rights stay yours
You keep all rights to your film. By listing a film, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to display its metadata (title, synopsis, credits, thumbnail) and to embed your video on the Bank, and to use them for promoting the Bank and the festival. You can delete your film at any time from your dashboard, which removes the page immediately and ends this permission.
作品の権利はすべてあなたに帰属します。掲載により、作品情報・サムネイルの表示と埋め込み、およびBankと映画祭の宣伝目的での使用を非独占的に許諾いただきます。ダッシュボードからいつでも削除でき、削除と同時にページと許諾は終了します。
3. What you promise us
You confirm that (a) you own the rights to the film or have permission from the rights holder to list it, (b) the embedded video allows embedding on third-party sites, and (c) the film and its materials do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful content.
掲載にあたり、(a) 作品の権利を保有しているか権利者の許可を得ていること、(b) 動画が外部サイトへの埋め込みを許可していること、(c) 第三者の権利を侵害せず違法な内容を含まないこと、を保証していただきます。
4. Review and removal
All submissions are reviewed before publication. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion — for example for rights concerns, broken videos, or content that conflicts with the festival's standards. We will state a reason where reasonably possible.
すべての作品は公開前に審査されます。権利上の懸念、動画の不具合、映画祭の基準に反する内容などの場合、掲載をお断り・削除することがあります。可能な範囲で理由をお伝えします。
5. Machine translation
If you submit a synopsis in Japanese only, an English version is generated automatically and may be edited by our team. You can review and edit it at any time from your dashboard.
日本語のみで提出されたあらすじは自動的に英訳され、運営が調整する場合があります。訳文はダッシュボードからいつでも確認・修正できます。
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
The Bank is provided as-is, free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including loss of visibility, data, or opportunities. Embedded videos remain subject to YouTube/Vimeo's own terms.
本サービスは無償・現状有姿で提供されます。法令の許す範囲で、本サービスの利用から生じる損害について当方は責任を負いません。埋め込み動画にはYouTube/Vimeo各社の規約が適用されます。
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
本規約は変更されることがあります。重要な変更はこのページで告知します。変更後の利用継続をもって同意とみなします。
