1. What we collect

For filmmaker accounts: your email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and the film information you submit. For visitors: if you press the “Loved this” button, we store an anonymized identifier (a one-way hash derived from a browser cookie and IP address) to prevent duplicate votes — this cannot be traced back to you and vote counts are never published.

監督アカウント: メールアドレス、パスワード（安全なハッシュとして保存）、登録された作品情報。訪問者: 「♥ Loved this」ボタンを押した場合、重複防止のための匿名識別子（CookieとIPから生成する一方向ハッシュ）のみを保存します。個人の特定はできず、投票数は公開されません。

2. What we use it for

To operate the service: sign-in, publishing your film pages, review notifications, and (for votes) editorial selection such as featured films. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising, and we do not use tracking for ads.

ログイン、作品ページの公開、審査通知、（投票は）フィーチャー選定などサービス運営のためだけに使用します。個人データの販売、広告配信、広告目的のトラッキングは行いません。

3. Services we rely on

Hosting: Vercel. Database & authentication: Supabase (data stored in the Tokyo region). Email delivery: Resend. Japanese-to-English translation of synopses: Google Gemini API (the synopsis text is sent for translation only). Embedded videos are served by YouTube/Vimeo, which may set their own cookies under their policies.

4. Retention and deletion

Film data is kept until you delete it from your dashboard. Deleting a film removes its page, credits, and votes immediately. To delete your entire account, contact us and we will remove it together with all associated data.

作品データはダッシュボードから削除されるまで保持されます。削除するとページ・クレジット・投票は即時に消去されます。アカウント自体の削除はご連絡いただければ、関連データごと削除します。
